If you change from collection to delivery, you lose everything in your basket, if you go back to add anything, it erases your info

I have placed an order from this app and i was waiting for hours, at the end it says order delivered on the tracking, never order again from them

Call the number and the message says get 20% off your first order when using the app but at no point does it give you the 20% off

They have gotten rid of the 20% off offer for using app and now you get loyalty/ rewards points. But, what points? I have ordered via the app three times now, and I still have 0 points. Also, every time I add my card and save it when purchasing, the card does not appear in the wallet for next time, meaning I have to enter every single time I want to pay. I may as well just pay in store. There’s also no way of contacting head office to complain. No contact details to be found anywhere on app or website. Terrible app at the moment with no way to contact customer services

Wanted to order meals - you can’t
Wanted to order small / medium pizza - you can’t. 
Total waste of time downloading and registering. Went to the takeaway and spoke to a lovely lady instead and ordered exactly what I wanted. Great food - as always but awful app.

**Developer response:** Hi Norris when you add any pizza to your basket in the app the first thing it asks you is what size you would like.

Accidentally put the wrong big johns and the app wouldn’t let me change it despite trying everything, ended up making a new account and when it came to paying, there’s a delivery charge on the app (but not on the website), ended up not being worth the offer of 20% off

**Developer response:** The app highlights at the top of the homepage what store your ordering from and also has a prominent "change your store" button. The app & website also feature exactly the same delivery charge which again is prominently highlighted.

Deleted the app and tried again but 20% off isn’t applying

App is fine however haven’t been able to save 20% as when you get to payment screen it accepts billing address but then there’s no option to enter a card. Also tried to add through settings but this states I can add at payment but never given option. Have deleted app and downloaded again and set up usin* another email address but still no resolve.

I’m a regular customer of Big Johns via Uber eats app but decided to try out the Big Johns app. Big mistake, price is costlier and you can’t see your total till you have completed order (pay on delivery).Very deceptive. I wasn’t happy with this at all
