My husband and I both have login issues frequently, to the point we have to go to the bank to straighten out the issues. We have strong wifi in our home so we know that’s not the issue.

not able to use app, it appears on phone as icon, just spins as if loading but never opens for use. Also doesn't appear in settings. Fail
