## What is BIG TAXI GO?

BIG TAXI GO is the ride app of BIG Taxi, a taxi fleet in Astana, Kazakhstan. The cars and drivers are our own: about forty Geely Emgrand cars and drivers who work in the fleet every day.

How to order
1. Open the app. We detect your pickup point by location, and you can adjust it on the map.
2. Enter your destination: an address, a mall or a landmark.
3. Choose a class and a payment method. The price appears right away, before you order.
4. Tap "Order". We offer the ride to the driver who can reach you fastest.

Price known upfront
The fare is calculated from the route before you order and does not change because of traffic or weather. The first minutes of waiting at pickup are free; after that, waiting is charged per minute.

Classes
- Comfort: new, spacious cars.
- Comfort+: business class cars.

Payment
Cash to the driver or a Kaspi transfer.

Nearest driver
The order goes to the driver who is closest by road, taking traffic and weather into account. If a driver can't take it, it moves to the next one immediately.

Everything about your ride on screen
Plate number, car model and color, driver's name and the route on the map. Call the driver right from the app. If something goes wrong, write to support in the in-app chat.

Ride notes
Add the entrance and a comment for the driver: a landmark, a child seat or luggage.

Ride history
All your rides with addresses and prices are in History. After a ride you can rate the driver.

Simple sign-in
Sign in with your phone number and a code, no passwords. You can delete your account at any time in Profile.

BIG TAXI GO currently operates in Astana. The app is in Russian and Kazakh.
