Then it would go back to normal. Temperamental and lost out on syncing my steps because of all the errors - very off-putting. It is always missing entire days or specific events. Waited several hours - apple health shows my full morning workout, but nothing goes in the app. ### 1/5 — Recording data wrong !!!! *2023-02-28* I enjoyed the system until the issues with recording can be changed and back dated, the challenge was “steps” a walk is a walk based on steps so I don’t understand why you get extra steps for going for a walk as the majority of steps are created by steps. As this is a competition between the group team members adding steps at the end of the challenge reduces the competitive behaviour with fellow team mates as the goals set change without the ability to increase them. Everyone should have the rules set based on their group from the start and not be able to change and add steps as they seem fit too. If this was an exercise challenge this would be different but it was a steps challenge. I have gone on several walks but only recorded as steps and it seems wrong to add steps for a walk as there seems to be a potential of doubling up if already recorded on a fit bit or garmin product. I love it! ### 4/5 — Big team challenge *2023-10-02, version 1.13.7* This app is a bit dodgy how it converts other sports/exercises to steps. It doesn’t take into account distance covered, just time taken. However, when you actually use it it’s riddled with frustrations: - logs you out every couple of days, this disables health kit sync so you have to manually add all your steps and remember to turn it back on - the graphs frequently start on the wrong date and you have to scroll to the current day - there are several pages but they don’t have a clear purpose - you can’t swipe from the left to open the menu - there are race conditions on initial load that show you incorrect information (this might also be the source of the log out issue) - you can’t see who is in other teams - you can only view other team’s data in terms of kms, not steps - the app doesn’t appear to allow the organiser to configure a competition date period (some people have cheated by adding steps to earlier days) Amongst other things.
