I downloaded this app thinking I’d casually track a few habits, but now I feel like I’m being gently “bullied” into becoming a better person—it’s clean, easy to use, and somehow celebrates me for drinking water like I just won an Olympic medal, yet it also never forgets I’m healthier, more consistent, and slightly afraid of disappointing an app, which honestly says more about me than it does about the app

I used to set up iPhone timer everytime I was doing something and then put in my notepad time and note for the session but this is a game changer I can do everything in one place see stats and also I love how it gives me random notes from my activities on the Home Screen very good and very cool!

I’ve seen this productivity concept a long time ago on social media and been trying to stay consistent with working out, meditating and working on my projects everyday. I believe this is all you need to win your day and get 1% better. Been using this app to keep myself accountable and so far I love it!
