App crashes Down. Doesn’t let me enter my card

Cant write any custom order notes. Every app has this since the beginning of time. Multiple choice does not suffice. Figure it out

Since this app has been switched, it won’t accept my cc which used to work on the former. Big Wheel has closed their phone lines from being able to call in to order or even speak to staff to seek assistance. For this failure in the app, and also disabling customer service to help, I’m in it for 1 star. Supreme disappointment.
