推しへの投票（集票）のために利用していますが、アプリとして正常に機能していません。

GEMを獲得するために広告を最後まで視聴した直後、「広告が見つかりませんでした」というエラーメッセージが表示され、GEMが一切加算されない現象が毎回発生しています。

票を集めるためだけに時間を割いて広告を見ているので、視聴した実績が完全に無効化されるのは納得がいきません。本来付与されるはずだったGEMの数を考えると非常に強い憤りを感じます。早急に不具合を調査し、改善してください。

本当は星一つもつけたくありません。まず広告が視聴できない。広告は見させるくせに、広告が終わるとネットワークエラーと表示され、集票不可能。また、投票のときでさえページが読み込めず、なかなか投票できない。また、投票完了画面になっても真っ白になり投票証書が出てこない。本当にどうにかしてほしい。

BIGC GEMを得るために広告を見ているのに、広告が終了した後に広告が見つからなかったような英語のメッセージが表示されて広告視聴がなかったことにされる。
広告を見始める前にそのメッセージが出るならまだしも、広告を見終わってアプリ画面に戻った時にそのメッセージが表示されるからイライラする。
投票アプリとして致命的な欠陥なので早急に改善してください。
