My 6 yr old purchased without permission on Feb 2 but then somehow I received a charge on Feb 18 for $9.67. I then received charges on March 18 and April 18. I did not receive an email notification until the April charge, which is what tipped me off that this was going on. I did search my entire email to see if I had somehow missed the email notifications, but I did not have any emails about these previous charges. I also don’t know how he was able to purchase this app as I have Touch ID set up and he has no idea what my password is. He also isn’t listed as a user in settings. I was able to get the March and April charges refunded through Apple but they couldn’t help with the Feb charge because it was past 60 days. This policy needs to change so Apple can help customers longer than this. I’d like to get a refund for the Feb charge.
