And the recovery email aspect just dosent work. Can’t the devs add a regular section with username and password and for extra security the secret word or something? ### 3/5 — Not bad but not good *2026-07-30, version 2.9.0* This app has some problems. I can’t take the college tests. Most things on here when I click on them nothing happens it doesn’t work at all. ### 4/5 — Cannot login *2026-07-13, version 2.8.0* So I’ve been using College Board on site but I recently just downloaded to my cellphone and I can’t seem to login using my phone number or email and every time I put the number associated with my account it doesn’t let me login due to the saying of “unable to login” so any help? I’ve tried to login with my number used to do the PSAT but I don’t have access to it no more since I don’t attend the school I took the PSAT ### 2/5 — I can’t login *2026-06-27, version 2.8.0* I type my phone number multiple time, it just say phone number invalid ### 1/5 — Not good in any way *2026-05-07, version 2.6.0* First of all, it would not let me sign in with my number and kept saying (another account with that number). YEA I KNOW THAT WHY DO YOU THINK I AM SIGNING IN!?!?!? Second it logs me out after like a day so super annoying. Do not recommend except to find Sat scores. ### 1/5 — test sign up *2026-04-17, version 2.6.0* cant sign up for the SAT because it’s only located online not through the app, and every time you try to sign iN to it, and use the forget password function, it doesn’t work and u cannot get into the SAT section to sign up for the test ### 2/5 — Not many options/variety *2026-04-17, version 2.6.0* The art majors are very limited and there’s no universities outside the US, even though that’s an option to put in your college preferences. Even the colleges within the US are limited. College board/Bigfuture’s normal website is much better, and has more features. Honestly it’s not worth the download because the website is much easier to use and has more options, however both have pretty limited content either way. ### 1/5 — Pathetic *2026-04-16, version 2.6.0* Don’t make people download your app to view test scores when you have a website that can easily work. ### 1/5 — Finding colleges *2026-04-15, version 2.6.0* I have done some research by myself and have came up with more results yes this app is good for checking scores but not for finding colleges for majors like forensics I’ve even broadened my field my area where I’m will in to to college the size of school everything and it still didn’t come up with any results ### 1/5 — I’m so tired *2026-03-11, version 2.5.0* I genuinely just bombed my SAT today because I’m still recovering from a concussion and I go to schedule an SAT retake and I have to spend so much time filling out all this useless information and then spend another 15 minutes and have to be forced to spend extra money to get a random app to turn a photo from my camera roll into a .jpg because the website does not accept photos from your camera roll. I love how this one test decides your entire future and can’t even accept a photo from a camera roll. ### 3/5 — Good with some major flaws *2026-02-20, version 2.5.0* Generally, it’s a pretty good app, but there are so many bugs or other flaws. The mute institution feature is completely broken, messages with get sent multiple times, and half the messages from Big Future have grammatical or formatting errors. Also, I think it’s silly that the match feature won’t let you sort by cost. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Gave me a mental deficiency *2026-08-11, version 2.9.1* This stupid app doesn’t let you change any of your log in info, you cant even see it. Thats fine ill just sign into my ap classroom through the app. I go to the ap classroom tab where it helpfully informs me thati am not signed up for any yet. Priceless info, r***** im trying to change that but you cant from the app, so im trying to sign in on a computer, but i don’t have the password saved because i made the account before i had a phone and i guess the school laptop i used didn’t save the password and that was my first mistake (and only mistake, everything else is this stupid website/app bigfuture/collegeboard cancer-upon-this-earth’s fault.) i tried everything at sign in. I have no idea what phone is linked to the account at all, it doesn’t tell you and even if it was the correct number, i doubt it would change it, because the email address, the username to my whole account, and it doesnt receive any emails that this lobotomized authorization system claims it sending me. Its my own freaking email address ive checked it a thousand times by now. Im going to call customer support now. If i do not update this review from 1 star, that means the call did not work and i will now dedicate my life to hunting down the fossils who created godless abomination and giving them a death straight out of final destination. Final word, i hope you burn in the eternal fires below ### 1/5 — The Forgot password does not work *2026-07-19, version 2.8.0* The forgot password does not work so if you forgot your password then your account is gone forever ### 1/5 — Horrible, not helpful at all *2026-07-14, version 2.8.0* This app has not helped me at all. It’s made looking for colleges even harder. I selected all of my college preferences and I selected multiple majors. The app kept showing me colleges that didn’t align at all with the preferences I selected and it kept showing me colleges out of state. It also showed me colleges that didn’t even have the majors I selected. This has made my college search extremely difficult as this app has led me down many wrong paths. ### 1/5 — This App is a mess *2026-06-23, version 2.7.0* There is no option to create an account and it keeps saying my phone number is invalid. ### 1/5 — Way too complicated *2026-06-09, version 2.7.0* Why is it at least 20 questions just to be able to sign up for a sat. And if you do it once you will still have to do it all over again to sign up for another. I’m not a top student, HOWEVER, I am able to apply for hundreds of scholarships because of my merits and my skills. I haven’t applied to any yet, but it is good to see what is available for me and my future, as well as associations I can apply for to give me a better chance at getting scholarships and opportunities for volunteering work.
