## What is BiG.Games?

BiG.Games is the companion app for a network of four game venues in Edinburgh, Scotland — one outdoor flagship called The Territory and three indoor arenas scattered across the city. Whether you're planning a birthday, a stag do, a corporate team-building day, or just a group of mates looking to shoot paint at each other in a forest, the app helps you figure out what to play, where to play it, and how to get the whole squad booked.

The app covers six game formats — laser tag, outdoor paintball, kids versions of both, night paintball with glow markers, and paintball darts — across the four venues. Each format spells out age limits, how long it lasts, how many people you need, and what gear and ammo are included. The Territory gets the full treatment with a grounds map, photo gallery, driving directions, and honest advice about Scottish weather (mud season is a feature, not a bug). The three indoor arenas keep it compact: address, rooms, formats, hours, and which one's nearest to you.

Planning an event is a guided experience. Pick your game format, pick your venue, pick your duration, layer on add-ons like catering, a photographer, printed invitations, or minibus transfer — and the app hands you an inquiry to fire off via WhatsApp, phone, or email. No accounts, no checkout, no friction. The Celebrations Hub covers birthdays, hen and stag parties, corporate outings, and kids' parties, each with its own package logic. A field guide section teaches first-timers the rules, basic tactics, and what to wear when the Scottish sky does its thing. Thirteen launch offers give you reasons to book on a Tuesday, bring 20 friends, or plan ahead by two weeks.
