Please fix. ### 3/5 — Can't log in *2026-07-19* I created an account, activated it too and downloaded the app. When I open the app and click on log in, I write in my email and password and click the log in button, a window pops up which says to download the app. It is downloaded, I try to log in from it. It is a loop, please fix it! Update: After more than a month I still can't log in. Update: Finally I can log in, I'll see how the app works. ### 2/5 — Won’t save info *2026-07-01* Trying to add info to my profile and once I hit “save”, it tells me it’s saved, but then when I leave the page and return to my profile, all the info is gone. (I’ve had this app for over 6-7 years and STILL haven’t been able to get app to reward me my Bday drink.) Also, it would be nice to have the full menu on the app. ### 2/5 — App not great *2026-06-28* The new app is awful. Favorite locations and drinks do not save. The full menu isn’t in the app (not location accurate either). The shown links, for new drinks as an example, take you to something completely different. It’s almost impossible to find the product that’s advertised on the main screen. It doesn’t save favorites after you close out of the app (maddening) or save any customizations you saved - so you have to reselect everything every time. Also, when the app updated, they removed the 12 ounce drink feature - even though you can still get it in stores! Once logged in, it tells you to download the Biggby app (that you’re already using!!!!). Trying it multiple times does not work. There is no way around it. It takes me to the browser to log in then tells me to download and go to the app, so I go to the app, which takes me to the browser again and just never actually lets me log in and see anything. I get stuck on the log in page. The only way I can see anything is if I continue as a guest. But I’m bummed because I was trying to claim my Biggby Birthday drink but I can’t because of the issues. ### 1/5 — Taking me in circles *2026-05-24, version 3.3.0* Won’t let me log in. It takes me to the page to log in, which then directs me to the page to download the app. I’m trying to log in from the app??? ### 1/5 — Log-in not working *2026-05-24* I downloaded the app because the website indicated it will be required in the future. Can’t even log-in. Like others are experiencing, the app opens a web browser which then takes you download the app. They do not sync and you simply can’t log in. Based on the reviews over the last few years, this app leaves much to be desired and I have little faith it will be a decent app anytime soon. ### 1/5 — Unusable to log in *2026-05-24, version 3.3.0* Unfortunately every time I go to log into this app, it logs me and and throws up a screen to tell me to download the app…which I already have and am using to log in…and can’t progress any further. The functionality and layout has drastically improved over the old app. It’s a lot easier to find what you’re looking for with such a big menu like BIGGBY’s. Mobile ordering is now easier and faster which is more incentive for me to order here versus a competitor.
