It moves so slow I ended up having to just call in after wasting my time. ### 1/5 — Incorrect order on BOTH BURGERS when only 2 ordered *2019-12-29, version 1.0.2* Very disappointed as we continuously were calling in to place an order but the line was busy. Ended up having to place an order online, and even with the written online order, they got the order wrong on the only TWO burgers that we ordered. Fortunately we checked our order before we left and noticed the error. To make it worse we had to repeat our order at the counter THREE times before she got it!!! ### 1/5 — Worst performing restaurant app I’ve ever used *2019-12-23, version 1.0.2* In the time it takes me to order food for pickup through the Teddy’s mobile app, I can drive to the nearest location a mile away, order in person, and pick it up before completing the order on my phone. This app is a much more frustrating customer experience than being able to just call in an order, like I could 2 months ago. Every time I try to view my order total, it takes atleast 5-10 attempts, to place the actual order. The app displays a disclaimer at the top of my cart that “Something went wrong, please check your desired pickup time and retry again”, although I’m unable to enter a pickup time prior to placing the actual order. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Impossible to search by name *2026-01-11, version 25.6.5* Their app needs an overhaul. Name it teddys and we can find it on a search quickly. “Bigger” makes zero sense. Trying to do online order made me do it three times until it worked. Short of having a burger here with added heat/fire/hot sauce, I have enjoyed EVERY burger they have on the menu. Don’t forget to try a shake if your at the right location. Cheeeeeeee-hooooooooo!!! ### 5/5 — Teddy’s University Misinformation / App Fail *2018-09-30, version 1.0.0* My girlfriend and I were not happy with our experience at Teddy’s University in Honolulu, HI. We were told the old points program had been discontinued and replaced with this app. We were also told that if we downloaded the app we could transfer prior points over but that feature wasn’t working or isn’t available yet. We were rushed through our order and then told that our $5 first visit reward could not be applied. Also my points for the purchase were not applied to the app. One of the soda machines was not working and it’s been that way for months. It’s the only side that has Dr. Pepper which is my preferred beverage.
