They send you a lead or 2. If you don’t purchase or make a high offer resulting in a large potential loss for you, they dump you. ARV 430k wanting me to buy at 360-370 with 50k repairs needed. Ignore emails and calls. They just want tha commission. Some realtors do not even send leads. They talk to you like a buddy and ignore you after that initial contact. You need to be a millionaire to work with them. If you are a new investor using hard money even with over 100k in reserve savings. They don’t want you. The app wasn’t there just for androids. One thing I hope it upgrades is the search engine. On desktop I can search whatever topic, ex “Tax Deeds” and the keywords bring up forums based on the words. On the app, I can’t.
