The customization is easy and workflows reduce duplication and unnecessary manual entry of new leads, detailed contact information and marketing / sales follow-up. Onboarding is easy and Bigin support is excellent, providing a personalized and knowledgeable experience. Bigin by Zoho CRM is also part of the Zoho ecosystem of business application making it easy to integrate with expanded business features. An extra bonus is that if your business grows, you can easily migrate to Zoho CRM for more enterprise features designed to meet large business needs. Numerous issues and terrible customer service *2025-05-13* I’m extremely disappointed with my entire experience using Bigin. From the very beginning, I encountered serious issues that made it nearly impossible to use the CRM as intended. Most importantly, it does not sync properly with our Shopify store, which was the primary reason we chose this platform. I’ve spent countless hours going back and forth with their support team trying to troubleshoot the problem, only to end up with no resolution and a growing sense of frustration. After it became clear that the system wasn’t working for our business, I asked for a refund. Since I couldn’t use the CRM for its advertised functionality, I assumed this would be a reasonable request. Instead, I’ve been met with nothing but delays, vague responses, and empty promises. Over a month has passed and I’m still waiting—still unable to use the product and still without a refund. What makes this situation even worse is the lack of accessible customer service. There is no direct support line for Bigin. You’re forced to contact Zoho CRM instead, and then hope they can transfer you to someone who knows how to handle Bigin-related issues. That kind of runaround is unacceptable for any business software, let alone one that claims to help streamline operations. But the worst part of this experience has been the dishonesty. I was repeatedly told the issue would be fixed “in a few days”—a promise that was never kept. Charging customers for a defective product and stringing them along with false hope is not just bad business, it’s unethical. I strongly advise anyone considering Bigin to think twice. There are better CRM options out there with more reliable support and transparent policies. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere—this has been nothing short of a nightmare. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-12-30, version 1.10.4* After using bigin for a year, from a single user to multiple accounts - they’ve got a very useful product, but an absolutely useless team/handle over the updates. They constantly update it with useless updates, causing it to break several other elements of the application. We are forced to contact customer support on a weekly basis due to these ridiculous changes that they are making.
