App doesn’t synchronize with account from shop unlike BBSm app. The app isn’t even optimized properly, did you hired an intern to build this app? just using for 2 mins heats up my iPhone like it can cook my dinner by placing pressure cooker on it. It doesn’t even heat up like this much when I play Genshin impact on high graphics for an hour.

Loading icon appears after the brand name shows up. The after  there is nothing. Keeps loading forever.

The app might've been abandoned at this point as it doesnt contain any recent billing history and the billing history available from the past also has a lot of bills just missing. Apart from that, all the information shown on the application is outdated.

I wanted to login from my registered mobile number with big mart .. it says my number is not registered with big mart but when I do shopping I always use that number . Customer support department also ignores this complaint
