I’ve been writing for support for more than 3 months. All I get is empty soulless responses, they just ignoring me and don’t try to help me. Really disappointed and badly surprised especially on contrast with smooth using of this app for last 2 years. ### 4/5 — Review *2025-09-06, version 3.15.1* BigPay is a useful and simple digital banking app that helps you manage money easily. The app comes with a prepaid card and offers clear features like spending tracking and cheap international transfers. What’s good: • Very easy to use and understand. • Great for overseas transfers with low fees and good exchange rates. • Lets you track and manage your spending clearly. • Secure — you can lock/unlock your card anytime. What’s not so good: • Not a full bank (no savings, loans, or investments). • Customer service can be slow sometimes. • I find the cooling-off period in the BigPay app quite frustrating. It slows down transactions and makes it harder to access my money quickly. For a digital banking app, I expected smoother and faster service without unnecessary delays. To make things worse, their responses are completely unhelpful and never actually resolve the issue. As a user, I feel ignored, unprotected, and completely let down.
