## What is bigshopai?

BigShop puts your whole repair shop in your pocket. Built for heavy-duty truck and fleet shops, it lets service writers and technicians run the job from the bay floor instead of walking back to a desk.

WORK ORDERS THAT MATCH REAL JOBS
Start an estimate, turn it into a work order, then into an invoice — without retyping anything. Every job holds the lines a real repair actually has: labor, parts, tires, materials, shop fees, and outside subcontract work. Assign technicians, track status from approval through pickup, and attach photos or documents to any job.

SCAN INSTEAD OF TYPE
Point the camera at a VIN barcode, or let the app read the printed VIN when the barcode is worn out. The truck, its history, and your assigned job come straight up. Look up parts the same way — scan the barcode or photograph the part number.

BUILT FOR TECHNICIANS
My Work shows a technician only the jobs assigned to them. Start, pause, and complete labor with one tap. Clock in and out on your phone, with Face ID and optional geofencing so punches only count at the shop.

DIGITAL INSPECTIONS
Work through inspection checklists on your phone and mark each item pass, needs attention, fail, or not applicable. Add notes and photos to any item so the customer sees exactly what you saw.

CUSTOMERS, PARTS, AND PURCHASING
Customer and vehicle records with full service history. Inventory, materials, purchase orders, and vendors — including receiving parts against a purchase order.

AI THAT SAVES REAL TIME
Dictate a note by voice and have it written up professionally. Rewrite rough notes into clean English, including notes dictated in another language. Photograph a supplier invoice and let the app enter the parts for you.
