I have been trying to use this application for the past three months, but I continuously face errors, and none of the options work properly. At this point, it feels like the app was created only for formality, without real functionality. The current user experience is extremely disappointing.

I strongly recommend making the application more reliable, user-friendly, and visually attractive so that it actually serves its purpose.

I am using IOS and this app was not on its store. Finally got it and now user experience is much smoother than previous version (which I used in andriod mobiles). A great work done by Bsphcl IT team
