Quite rigid in sync with limited app. If use for proper run event is ok. If use for corporate, not encourage.

Request to delete account and data multiple times and the email confirmation never came even though the pop up message says it will send a confirmation email. Data syncing with Apple Health is inconsistent have to logout and login again, sometimes reinstalling the app itself.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended

I used the BiiB app for the Langkah Sihat Putrajaya 2025 event, and it has been nothing short of frustrating. The app fails to capture data accurately, does not record steps or runs, and doesn’t reflect any member activity in the event listings. For a fitness-based app, these are fundamental features, and it’s baffling how poorly they perform.

The support is almost non-existent. Despite numerous complaints from users, there is very little response, and when there is, it’s delayed and unhelpful. Issues remain unresolved for days, if not weeks. For an app that is tied to large-scale events, this is simply unacceptable.

This app is not productive, poorly maintained, and frankly not worth the time or effort. Organizers and users deserve better than this broken platform. Avoid if you’re serious about your fitness tracking or participating in any meaningful challenge.
