Wasting my time. ### 1/5 — Biib Problem *2025-05-14, version 2.13.10* Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I used the BiiB app for the Langkah Sihat Putrajaya 2025 event, and it has been nothing short of frustrating. The app fails to capture data accurately, does not record steps or runs, and doesn’t reflect any member activity in the event listings. For a fitness-based app, these are fundamental features, and it’s baffling how poorly they perform. The support is almost non-existent. Despite numerous complaints from users, there is very little response, and when there is, it’s delayed and unhelpful. Issues remain unresolved for days, if not weeks. For an app that is tied to large-scale events, this is simply unacceptable. This app is not productive, poorly maintained, and frankly not worth the time or effort. Organizers and users deserve better than this broken platform.
