They do not provide tracking updates on their app and only do so through text message and email. I did not have my phone so I didn’t receive any of the texts. The emails also look like spam so I did not see them. They will not knock (I did not know this until after). Since then, customer service has been unwavering and unhelpful. I decided to order materials from them for my basement renovation since I was not satisfied with a previous order from a different company. They delivered the materials within 1 hour of ordering to my contractors as promised. I honestly doubted their promise regarding the delivery time but they proved me wrong.
