With my recent iOS upgrade, however, I had issues reading any amharic texts. So when I came across this app, I thought it would solve my problems. I initially encountered issues while installing it. When I susbsequently reached out to the developer, he was incredibly prompt and helpful in his reply. Therefore, I was able to get past the minor hiccup and I am easily able to make use of the app. I appreciate how user friendly the app is and the speedy support I got when I encountered a problem.
