Recorded many videos with the same exact camera position and no changes on the bike and it gave me different numbers each time. Hard pass. **Developer response:** I am sorry you were not satisfied with the app. There is a small amount of measurement error with any system, so if you were seeing small differences, then that is normal. If you were seeing large differences, please let me know as I would like to determine what was causing the errors for you. ### 1/5 — I was hopeful *2024-09-20* Incredibly inaccurate on saddle height I was almost 2 inches too low. **Developer response:** We are very interested in the problems you are having. Obviously this isn't the way it is supposed to work. We thank them for taking the time to do so. However, the developer does need to be aware that there are several critical reviews to this app. We are not the only ones pointing out some shortcomings! We are using the Elite version of their app and are highly satisfied with it. Thank you! **Developer response:** Thank you for trying out Bike Fast Fit EZ. Sorry it didn't meet your expectations. You are correct, the app is designed to simplify the setting of the most critical bike fit measure, saddle height, not meant as a replacement for a full bike fit. We sell an app called Bike Fast Fit Elite that does support the full range of measurements and angles. You can go into the settings and switch to metric measurements if you desire. To see more help on what to do with the results, tap on the graph in the lower right to get a full report on the analysis. I see myself and a casual cyclist and decide to try this out. The setup is quick and simple, and following the basic recommendation by the report, my ride feel has instantly improved and I felt much natural to ride in the new setup. That at a fraction of the price and simply good value for what you get. It’s not replacing a pro fitter if you want optimal performance, but creates a great quick baseline for different bikes.
