I was able to resolve the first one after a couple of months. This one, not so much. I followed the instructions, and I still do not have access to the subscription that I paid for. Again. To add insult to injury, my effing subscription renewed one month prior! I have fixed this problem for me, though. I have deleted the app, canceled the auto-renew, and will never have to worry about this garbage ever again. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app and restoring subscriptions. Therefore unable to view mags I’ve bought and previously downloaded, and unable to view two new issues (and counting) with my extant subscription. Losing patience. Bike Mag’s excellence being seriously undermined by this app. Oh and unless it’s sorted out you owe me money. Update following developer’s response: the suggested remedy does not work in viewing new magazines at all; only previously-downloaded ones, which can be re-downloaded. Zinio have since provided me with a password and I now log in with my email. This works, but effectively means I now no longer access via my iTunes subscription and therefore I won’t renew it next year. So while I have a solution of sorts, the issue itself has not been solved. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2018-06-19, version 5.3* I just renewed my subscription but it still asks me to purchase individual editions. Tried tech support and the usual fixes but nothing has worked. The magazine was pretty good but not worth the tech hassle. ### 1/5 — Can’t Handle Subscriptions *2018-04-12, version 5.2* You would think something simple like being able to read the latest issue as part of your subscription would work out but it’s always been spotty. I’ve had a subscription for a long time but I can’t read the latest issue, multiple restore attempts don’t enable it, etc. Being able to access what I’ve paid for should be a core feature. I’ve been going through Zinio support for a while now but they can’t find my subscription. I sent them screenshots of my purchase but so far, it looks like I’m just out the money spent on renewal since Apple doesn’t handle refunds on subscriptions and defers to the developer. Not matter how many times I log in and out of iTunes and click "restore purchases" it never restores them. This version is terrible. Avoid upgrading if you can. Still nothing, not able to download, and not stoked on Bike Mag. It is clunky and unstable. After deleting the app, restarting my iPad, and reinstalling I was able to once again download issues. The only problem: it’s December and the most recent issue is October.
