However, when setting-up and testing I found that not all features work. Most notably, I was unable to delete rides. Also, it is unclear how to reset the timer on the watch app. I look forward to testing the app on an actual ride but I'm wary that it's glitchy. ### 2/5 — Great concept but doesn't work *2016-06-08, version 1.5.6* Could you please make some major updates. The record/stop button works fine, but Speed and distance are the only items other than the map that will display while in record mode. After toggling to the map on Pebble, it is impossible to return to any other screen without restarting the app. If they get these bugs worked out, I will definitely be buying the monthly subscription. Even though app is paired with my Pebble watch, the data is never displayed on the watch. Second problem, even when I am not biking and have not started the timer, a message flashes at top of phone saying that Bike+ is using my location. But it won't go passed that.... So currently on my watch your app consists of just a 2 page note on location services..... ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Loved the app and features until... *2020-12-30, version 1.5.9* I lost a couple of years of ride data and history when the app suddenly simply would not open. I do not think there is any way to restore the data after downloading the app again. While the features are the best of the more than half a dozen biking apps I have used, I will not even think about it again until there is the ability to synch in the cloud. Also it opens to the first page but no further. ### 1/5 — Does none of the above *2016-04-25, version 1.5.6* Every feature I have tried to use outside of standard tracking does not appear to work as advertised... :-/ When I open the Apple Watch I am told that I need to change my setting to allow continuous access. After doing so and relaunching everything, I get the same message. Try searching for a nearby route based on the feedback of others? Wait an inordinate amount of time. Want info from somewhere outside of the radius of your immediate vicinity? Wait for the app to crash before waiting for the map to reload the current area data and crash again... :-/ Search for your bike and not find the description you want? Move on to the next level of description without notification, thereby creating an uneditable database entry without knowing it... ### 1/5 — Horrible pebble interaction *2016-04-21, version 1.5.5* The reason why I got this app was so I didn't have to have my phone out on rides. The pebble controls don't work as expected and the connection regularly drops. Also at one point it said the leg of the ride I was on was various distances between 645 and 1016 miles. Froze my entire phone, recorded about 20 seconds of my ride, and crashes about 10 seconds after launching even after a hard reset. It doesn't give you an accurate speed when it does work, doesn't work reliably with my pebble watch, and doesn't report accurately to the apple health app. It said my 24 mile ride yesterday was 6 different rides of lengths varying between .001 and .02 miles. And that is after I turned off the auto detect / motion start and stop feature. Using this as a computer while riding typically gives you a speed that is + or - 3 mph or so of true speed which isn't useful if you ride with a group or try to maintain a pace, but it also is regularly off by 15 mph. It showed my max speed yesterday was 71mph, which was off by over 40mph. It sometimes looks like the altitude is giving you real data but everything else is so bad I can't really beleive that either. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Love keeping track *2020-06-29, version 1.5.9* I love this app. It has many features I like with only one complaint, I will it had a do landscape mode. Other wise, you can’t go wrong.
