War skeptisch aber bin sehr begeistert. Ruckzuck klar mein Rad von Winterdreck und Frühlingsdreck befreit. Alles ohne ewiges schrubben und dreckige Hände. Sauber, schnell und der Preis ist auch okay, so eine Anlage kostet ja auch. Gerne wieder! ### 1/5 — Keine Stationen auffindbar *2026-02-03* Wurde von radldusche in München auf die App verwiesen, kann dort aber keine Station finden ### 3/5 — Viel zu kurze Zeiten *2025-09-18* Es kostet 8 Euro um 9 Minuten lang sein Fahrrad zu reinigen. Bis man aber erst mal rausgefunden hat welches Tool für was benötigt wird, ist die Zeit schon vorbei und man muss wieder 8 Euro. An sich ist es eine gute Idee, aber viel zu teuer für die kurze Zeit. ### 1/5 — Eule *2025-07-04* 8€ und es hat nur Wasserdusche funktioniert. Keine kettenpflege, keine Pumpe , Mittel leer ### 5/5 — Verbesserungsfähig *2024-09-05* Die Anlage ist nicht selbsterklärend. Das Display sagt nicht, was man als nächstes machen soll. Auch in der App sieht man es nicht. Habe daher nur Wasser bekommen obwohl Reiniger bezahlt. Sehr ärgerlich. ### 2/5 — Sehr ungenügend. *2024-06-05* Wenn man fünf Euro Paket nimmt, reicht es beim ersten Mal nicht aus. Liegt wohl daran, dass die Knöpfe die zum drücken an der Maschine sind nicht eindeutig funktionieren. Die 5 Minuten sind schneller rum, als man überhaupt das Fahrrad mit dem Reiniger versehen hat. Danach ist man gezwungen, noch das weitere Programm mit mindestens drei Euro zu buchen. Alles in allem also acht Euro für eine wirklich nicht zufrieden stellende Waschung des Fahrrades ### 5/5 — funktioniert! *2023-09-09* Heute zum 1. mal getestet. Ich war vorher skeptisch, aber: macht was es verspricht. Radl wird sauber und vor allem: es gibt nen ölabscheider. Wenn ich das bei mir im Hof mache, läuft die Brühe irgendwohin, wo sie nicht hinsoll. Also alles gut. ### 1/5 — support und service nicht zu erreichen *2023-07-23* nachtrag: email wird nich angenommen, telefonisch niemand zu erreichen, geld eingesackt, maschiene funktionsunfähig, spitzen rip-off-start-up-trash! ### 3/5 — Pflege gut aber teuer, Abrechnung doppelt *2023-07-01* Habe heute erstmals die Station in Torbole am Gardasee ausprobiert. Am Vortag wollte die Anlage nicht, obwohl betriebsbereit dort stand. Vor mir war noch jemand und ich habe die App gestartet und die Kreditkartendaten schon mal eingegeben, um die Daten in der App zu haben, wenn die Anlage frei ist. Als ich dann dran war, waren die Kreditkartendaten Kreditkarten nicht mehr gespeichert und ich musste alles nochmal von vorne eingeben. Die Reinigung selber (3 Minuten für 4.-) verlief einwandfrei, obwohl man an die linke Seite des Rads nicht richtig hin kommt, da die Anlage so eng eingebaut ist. Aber das Ergebnis war trotz der nur 3 Minuten dich ganz in Ordnung. An der Tankstelle mit Dampfstrahler ganz in der Nähe wäre es sicher günstiger gewesen. Aber egal. Kurz danach habe ich im Kreditkartenkonto gesehen, dass die 4.- EUR doppelt belastet wurden, obwohl ich die Anlage tatsächlich nur einmal für 3 Minuten benutzt habe. Fazit: Reinigung gut, wenn die Anlage läuft und nicht den Dienst verweigert wie am Vortrag. Abrechnung und Übersicht über die Zahlung jedoch mangelhaft. Daher nur 3 von 5 Sternen. Bin gespannt, ob ich die zuviel belasteten 4.- EUR zurück bekomme.
