## What is bikeMi?

BikeMi is the bike sharing service of Milan Municipality.
Born to encourage the mobility of citizens and city users, bikeMi is easy, practical and ecological.

A real public transport service to be used for short trips, that combines innovation, design and sustainability.
The fleet is composed by bicycles with muscle pedaling, pedal assisted and with child seat. Choose your subscription and start your ride.

Use the app to find the stations near you and to unlock a bicycle, you can ride up to 2 hours.

You can save your trips into the Apple Health app so you'll get credited for the effort, if you're into that kind of thing. Give Health access via the account view within the app.

Enjoy the the city and respect the environment.

### 1/5 — Return error & unfair penalty fee

I also experienced return errors twice within one week. However, only one case was resolved, and I was still charged an overnight fee for the other.

This kind of incorrect charge appears to be one of their main sources of income.

L’app di ATM dei trasporti è indecente, ma questa del bike sharing è fantastica! Veloce, intuitiva, completa nelle info anche durante il noleggio (es: livello di carica delle bici elettriche, contatore utilizzo, stalli liberi per riconsegna, ecc). Ottima! Spero solo nel tempo vengano aggiunte nuove stazioni in zone per ora stranamente con raggiunte (es. Viale Monza o Viale Argonne)

I needed to rent a bike, but after failing to correctly access the login only two times, I was locked out of the app for 7 hours! Extremely unhelpful, I will take my business elsewhere.

molto incuriosito dal servizio mi sono deciso a provare, ho acquistato il pass giornaliero; sblocco la bici e mi rendo conto della bici poco sicura e davvero lenta come se fosse bloccata ho fatto una fatica enorme per 11 minuti di corsa… sconsiglio vivamente per il costo e la bassa manutenzione. Consiglio invece il servizio delle lime, non perfetto ma affidabile. inoltre i primi 30 minuti sono gratis poi si va a pagare una quota al minuto davvero scandaloso molto meglio lime con i suoi abbonamenti sui minuti. In più poco versatile perché l’unico modo per bloccare la corsa è di essere nelle  postazioni atm dedicate. Servizio deludente molto sconsigliato

Mi trovo molto bene con questa app! Lo sblocco della bici tramite qr code è rapidissimo e anche la notifica di corretta restituzione. La cronologia degli utilizzi è utile. Uso poco la mappa perché mi appoggio a google maps. Che altro serve? In sintesi: tutto ok!!

Servizio di cui non riuscirei più a fare a meno, in più grazie alle numerose stazioni fisse evita la sosta selvaggia sui marciapiedi. App non ha mai dato problemi, è semplice e intuitiva, e il personale di supporto è sempre stato gentile e disponibile

Nous venons de passer 3 jours à Milan en utilisant l’application et les vélos. C’est franchement parfait. Nous avons adoré. C’est facile il y a pas mal de pistes cyclables et de station de vélo. Quasiment pas de souci avec les vélos ( une selle un peu réglée sur l’avant ou un frein à régler un peu). Franchement c’est une réussite). Bravo.

L’uso dell’app per più di 2 minuti causa surriscaldamento e rallentamento del telefono. Ogni volta che provo a segnalare un problema di riconsegna di una bici (in media 1 volta a settimana) l’app risulta inutile. Purtroppo appena provo a fare una segnalazione il telefono si surriscalda e rallenta finché l’app non crasha del tutto annullando la segnalazione. Questo problema persiste da mesi ormai e ogni volta sono costretto a chiamare l’assistenza clienti per fare le segnalazioni perdendo 20-30 minuti ogni volta. Chiunque ha progettato questa app deve rivedere il codice perché è un problema di BikeMi soltanto ed pericoloso quanto si surriscalda il telefono appena la di tiene aperta per più di 2 minuti. Non è un problema di hardware perché ho appena cambiato telefono con un iPhone 15, ma avevo lo stesso problema sul mio iPhone 12.
