Grundsätzlich ist die App-Idee Klasse. Man sieht den finanziellen Vorteil und die CO2 Ersparnis bei der Verwendung des Rads anstatt des Autos. 
ABER:
Turn-By-Turn Navigation hinter der Bezahlschranke als Premium Funktion zu verkaufen ist absolut nicht zeitgemäß. Andere Apps wie Komoot, Google Maps oder Apples eigener Karten Dienst bieten diese Funktionalität ja schließlich auch.

Hinzu kommt, dass die Routenplanung an sich auch absolut dürftig ist. Während erwähnte Konkurrenz Apps meistens auf vorhandene Radwege verweisen und diese bei der Routenplanung beachten, schickt mich diese App auf viel befahrene Autostraßen. 

Solange grundlegende Funktionen nicht sichergestellt werden, sehe ich keinen Grund diese App zukünftig verwenden zu wollen.

danke dir für deine Rückmeldung und super, dass du unseren Konzeptansatz für gut befindest. 

Das Routing wird aktuell in der Beta-Version komplett überarbeitet und deutlich verbessert. Hier kommt der Relaunch Anfang 2024 in den Store. Wir kennen das Problem und arbeiten gerade verschiedene Themen ab. Das neue Routing ist eins davon.

Wenn du magst schicke uns eine PN, damit die Entwickler die Strecken lokalisieren können.

Bei der Turn-by-Turn Navigation haben wir uns aktuell für Premium entschieden, da wir irgendwann auch mal die Entwicklungskosten decken müssen. 

Im Laufe des Jahres 2024 laufen www.SteigUm.de , Biketour.Guide und unser neues Geheim-Projekt 🤫 synchronisiert. Spätestens dann wirst du mit der App Biketour.Guide viel mehr Spaß haben - auch schon in der free-Version. 
Unser Ziel ist es Menschen auf das Rad zu bringen, die sich aktuell noch anders fortbewegen 💚🚲💚. www.SteigUm.de ist hier der Startpunkt 🙏

### 1/5 — Äh, vielleicht mach ich ja was falsch

Habe von meinem Standort versucht eine Tour (mit Handy App) zu planen. Funktioniert leider nicht.
Dann über die Webseite versucht zu planen.
Egal welches Fahrrad ich nahm, alles überwiegend Straßen, selbst bei Berg (MTB?). Dann Fußgänger genommen und die App zeigte eine einigermaßen verwendbare Tour an. Dann aber die weitere Überraschung. Webseite zeigt 14km an, nach Übertragung per QR-Code auf Handy(App Biketour) waren es auf einmal 28km.
Nun wenn etwas von vornherein dermaßen kompliziert und nicht stimmig ist, dann kann ich mir eine evtl. Premiumversion schenken.

Wir laden dich später gerne in die neue Beta Version ein. Aktuell werden oft noch Straßen im Routing bevorzugt gewählt, dies wird bei kommenden Updates im Sommer 2023 weiter verfeinert, so dass immer schönere Wege aufgezeigt werden. Wir halten dich hier auf dem Laufenden. 💚🚲💚

Die App ist einfach zu bedienen und macht was sie soll. Keine Dateneingabe notwendig finde ich spitze! Weiter so.

Bin durch Bike Bild auf die App aufmerksam geworden. Wird auf eine kostenlose Freeware-Version hingewiesen. Die kostenlosen POI sind sehr übersichtlich.
Das Ziel liegt auf Abo-Abschluss. Frage mich, wo die hohe positive Bewertungsquote herkommt. Ich lass das man im Raum stehen.

Das Konzept sowie die einfache Bedienung der App finde ich klasse. 
Ist sehr schnell im Einsatz und man bekommt reichlich Strecken geboten. 
Auch zum Laufen eignet sich die App sehr gut. 

Bleibt hier bitte am Ball und haltet an der Nachhaltigkeit fest.

We present our favourite feature: a mobility map with isochrones. 

Sounds dangerous, but it isn't. This feature simply shows you on the map where you can travel within a certain time frame and what great things there are to discover there.

To help you ride well, we now have the new CycleOSM bicycle map available for all of Europe. No matter where you are travelling in Europe, this will always show you which routes are best suited for cycling.

Also, freshly arrived: when routing, you can now choose whether you want to take the fastest or the shortest route.

If you want to save data while on the go, use offline maps. In the beginning, you can purchase maps of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, either the federal states and cantons individually or get the bundles. Hint: more countries following soon…

From the category "what you might not have known": Car tyres are the largest contributors of microplastics to the world's oceans. Bicycle tyres also cause microplastics, but much less. How much less, we now show you in the Biketour.Guide. Have a look at your achievements. 

Additionally, we have tidied up a lot in the engine room. Therefore, you now also have POIs in many European countries – and more are constantly being added. There are so many that we needed AI assistance to sort them out. For some POIs, we have supplemented data from additional sources. Just click the “more” link, and everything will be displayed for you. Please let us know how good the POIs are. In each POI, you have the option to give us direct feedback and thus improve the map for everyone.

Speaking of the map, when you open the app, you now start directly on the map. This way, you can kick off your tour even faster.

Speaking of which, if you want suggestions for a tour, we have the right thing for you as well. On the Home Screen, you now have a directory for tours in your area – simply choose one and have fun. It doesn’t get any easier and quicker than that.
