Biketune turns a supported ELM327 / OBD-II adapter into a full motorcycle diagnostic and coding tool. Connect over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to read fault codes, watch live engine data, reset the service reminder, and code your bike the way a dealer would, without booking a workshop slot.

Coverage extends to the G-series singles, the C-series and CE scooters, the four-cylinder K bikes, the air and oilhead classics, and BMW-era Husqvarna. Pre-CAN K-line bikes get a dedicated legacy profile.

ADAPTER SUPPORT
For the full BMW feature set, use a genuine STN-chip adapter: UniCarScan (UCSI-2100), OBDLink CX / SX, or the verified Veepeak OBDCheck BLE+ all pass the extended-addressing and multi-frame checks that coding and service writes need. vGate iCar and most clones handle generic OBD-II reads, but cheaper ones skip extended-addressing, so BMW writes will not work on them. On pairing, Biketune shows the adapter's expected tier and can test every feature against your exact bike first.

HONEST ABOUT WHAT WORKS

At first tried a OBD LX but they don’t work with iOS. Remembered I had a cheap one in my van. Plugged it in and it worked. Veepeak something…. Haven’t even begun to see what I can read but am looking forward to playing. Once o got the right module t the app started doing its thing. Seems very comprehensive. Riding a BMW G310 GS.

Exactly what I needed to reset my maintenance reminder message on my ‘22 1250 GS Adventure.  I do my own service, and it’s nice to be able to reset the service intervals and not need a fancy or expensive unit or go to the dealer.  Used a vLinker BM+ and it was easy and quick.  Highly recommend this app for doing your own service resets.
