Downloaded this (and virtual gastric band by James n Sue), when I was feeling rock bottom. So so pleased I did! After 14 weeks of combining bikini body with session 1 from virtual gastric band and following the guidelines I've not only stopped dieting (I eat to suit me and my lifestyle) I've lost 1.5 stones! Try these apps, you'll not regret it!

I've been using the VGB app for a while and then got this Bikini Body app as well. Fantastic powerful hypnosis sessions, especially the sugar addiction one. All the apps follow the same guidelines so I can stick to the same program while using different hypnosis sessions to help boost my weight loss. Fantastic support via the Facebook page as well. Love all of this companies apps but the Bikini Body one is one of my favourites.

I enjoy mixing these sessions up with other sessions from Sue and James. Don't hesitate to download any of their apps. Life changing is not a term that should be banded around but they really are. The Facebook group is very supportive also. Follow the guidelines and watch yourself disappear. The best fiver you'll ever spend.
