This looks like a bunch of YouTube videos that someone has gathered in one place. You can find more, and better free ones yourself. Hate to think what the paid upgrade gets you.

You need to pay £0.99 p for each types of work out. Which I’m not sure dare to try with out a free trial. Could be doggy idk 🤷🏻‍♀️
