The BIL Payconiq app is easy, quick and convenient; payments are transacted between bank accounts. Proof of payment (debit advice) is available for each transaction carried out with BIL Payconiq on BILnet, your online banking app.

BIL Payconiq is linked to your mobile number and your bank account. Bank security levels apply: all payments are authorised by fingerprint identification or secret code/PIN. You can set your own limits on BILnet, according to your preferences (EUR 2,500 by default). Transfers are carried out by SEPA payment (funds available the next business day).

I have tried countless times to download and activate this app, but every time, I go through the entire process and then it just takes me back to the home screen. Needs work.
