Unfortunately it is impossible for people without a Spanish ID / passport to complete the necessary account info: the required field doesn’t accept numbers of German ID cards or passports and therefore it’s not possible to rent bikes.

Buena app y buenas bicicletas. Todo correcto. El único pero es que a partir de la hora el precio se incrementa muchísimo.

El echo de que no haya espacios suficientes para aparcar la bici , lo dejas donde quepa y luego te llegue una notificación que son 7 euros por el uso , (tiempo de espera) mmmmm no mola la verdad no lo recomiendo , ah por cierto hay varias bicis que ni funcionan

Ya he tenido varias veces bilbaobizi porque me viene bien para ir al trabajo o a entrenar, funcionan genial pero ha subido bastante el precio😅

We planed our city trip with bikes but unfortunately at the bike station we couldn’t get access to them. It turned out that spontaneous rides are not possible because of identification problems (you need a special validation, normal European ID will not work).

Por la parte dem servicio de las bicicletas no tengo ninguna pega: funcionan de lujo y suele haber cantidad suficiente. El problema es que siempre que hago el anclaje de la bici, suena el ruidito, se queda anclada y sale la luz verde, pero luego en la aplicación tarda unos 2-3 minutos en pararte el viaje. Es molesto porque pasan de cobrarme la tarifa de menos de 10 minutos a cobrarme la siguiente, aunque yo haya llegado al de 8 minutos por ejemplo. Intenten solucionarlo.

Solo hace falta que pongan más bicicletas a disposición porque en épocas escolares a pesar de levantarte temprano cuesta tener bicis disponibles por ametzola y Eskurtze
