Really not worth it. There are not a lot of Bill Miller restaurants and when I try to order from the app I have a problem selecting the correct location. I know this is probably just a me problem but with other food apps they will ask me if I’m sure of the area or location I am ordering from before allowing me to check out. Maybe the developer of this app could add in one final step before purchase to allow the user to verify they are where they think they are by using location services and the nearest Bill Miller to me. ### 4/5 — Useful when I can’t wait. *2026-05-12, version 26.30.0* I usually call the store to order. But this morning I thought I’d try the app. It had me set to the closest location and the wait time was 5-10 minutes. I needed to go to work in to town and I was surprised it changed to 15-20. It’s a busy location off 410 and I was ordering it way sooner than I needed it so that worked out. When o go there, my order was ready to go. My only complaints were that I couldn’t order a refill for my Bill Miller cup and I didn’t receive a text notice that my order was ready until 4 hours after I already picked it up. ### 2/5 — Log in issue *2026-05-04, version 26.30.0* I get an error when I try to create an account. An error message appears saying “email/account already exists”. I’m redirected to log in. Then when i try to log in I’m prompted to create an account. If i enter “forgot password” and enter my email I’m told “my email is not associated with an existing account”. Despite recent updates, the problems persist. I make purchases every 2–3 days, so this has been inconvenient. ### 2/5 — Great Idea, Poorly Created *2026-03-22, version 26.26.0* The app works for checking the menu and finding locations, but that’s it. The payment section doesn’t work at all, so I can’t order online to keep from waiting in long lines. Even though you scan the QR code at the register you only get the points about 20% of the time, so even though I’ve spent hundreds, I have less than 100 points. In addition, the employees will outright tell you that “it doesn’t work, but there’s nothing they can do about it.” On a side note concerning the company, one of the locations completely screwed up my order, but it wasn’t near my house so I called it in and they took my name and number and told me to come back in the next couple days and I’d get some if the meal comped. I showed up and they basically called me a liar and gave me nothing even though I was buying more. I contacted corporate and they said they would send me a gift card instead, but it never came. ### 3/5 — Frustrating ..not fluid *2026-02-21, version 26.22.0* You can add points manually but it's a process (manage account/get a code via text or email). You enter all the details and it kicks it back every time. It doesn’t allow you to take a picture of your receipt. Not a good restaurant app at all :( ### 1/5 — If you forget to scan before you pay you lose it all. *2026-08-11, version 26.30.0* The worst thing about the bill millers app is that if you don’t scan your app before or get lucky and have one of the staff members ask for your number before you pay you lose all the points you would have gotten and can’t redeem them afterwards. One of the worst food app! If other apps let you earn points by scanning the receipt if you forget to scan the app before. Why can’t bill millers do the same???? Also, there is no way to delete CC info so had to cancel my entire account. They offer a rewards program but the points never upload. THEN, when you go pick up your order they grill you to death for pick up. The order confirmation number doesn’t match any number on the receipt they print in the store, and it doesn’t show your name. Staff don’t ask and when I mentioned the app they either didn’t know about it or it was too late because I already paid with the person outside and they don’t have a scanner.
