From almost a week m trying to sing up but otp is coming on email after one hour every time and when I entered that otp it’s showing not matched every time.. worst experience from JKPDD. Someone should have to noticed all these issues and fix as required!!

This app only shows bill amount for the month, there is no bill detail viz-a-viz units consumed, rate of unit, previous bill etc as is shown on the hard copy of the bill provided by the deptt.

I made a payment using this app to pay my electricity bill via UPI mode. When I opened the app in the background and made a successful payment the transaction neither updated on this app not on my profile. 
Its like the payment got lost in the middle even thou it was successful. 

Now I have to pay my bill twice since its not updating and get frustrated to get my own money back.
