Snap a bill. Bill will sort it. Bill Will Sort is the receipt app for founders and business owners who juggle more than one business, a few cards and personal spending. Take a photo of a bill and Bill reads it, files it under the right business and emails it to your accountant's bills inbox. No more shoeboxes of receipts, and no more month-end messages asking where that $42 coffee went. HOW IT WORKS 1. Snap the receipt, import a screenshot, or let Bill find receipts in your photos. 2. Bill reads the merchant, date, total, tax and card on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence. 3. Bill files it under the right business, by the card you paid with or where you filed that merchant before. 4. Bill emails it to that business's bills inbox, ready for your bookkeeping. CAPTURE IN SECONDS • Scan paper receipts with automatic edge detection and straightening • Import screenshots of e-receipts, invoices and booking confirmations • Back from a trip? Pick the dates and Bill looks through your photos for the receipts you took, then adds them in the background • Tap any receipt photo to zoom in and check the details READ ACCURATELY, ON YOUR IPHONE • Merchant, date, total, tax, card and category are read with Apple Intelligence on the device • Bill checks the total and date against what's printed on the receipt. Anything unclear waits for your review instead of being sent • Handles receipts in many currencies, with dates read correctly whether they're written day-first or month-first • Uses the photo's date when a receipt doesn't print one SORTED BY BUSINESS, AUTOMATICALLY • Add each business once, with its own colour and bills email • Register your cards by their last four digits and receipts paid with them are filed automatically • Bill remembers where you file each merchant and does it for you next time • Personal spending stays separate and is never sent • Filter the list by business and see what's been sent each month SENT TO YOUR ACCOUNTANT • Ready receipts are emailed automatically to each business's bills inbox, so they arrive as draft bills by email, such as Xero, Dext or Hubdoc • See exactly what was sent, when and to whom, and resend with one tap • Up to 100 receipts a month NO MORE MISSING RECEIPTS • Set up a Shortcuts automation once and every Apple Pay tap, with any card in Wallet, is logged • Bill matches each payment to its receipt and reminds you to snap the ones that are missing PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account to create and nothing to sign in to • Receipts and photos are read and stored on your iPhone • Emailed receipts pass through our mail service only to be delivered and are never kept • No ads, no tracking WHO IT'S FOR Founders, freelancers and small business owners who want their bookkeeping done without the paperwork, especially if you run more than one company or travel for work. REQUIREMENTS An iPhone with Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or later) running iOS 26 or later, with Apple Intelligence turned on. ## Is Bill Will Sort safe?
