## What is billbox WALLET?

billbox WALLET supports and simplifies every step of your organization's expense management process.

Using the app:
Employees can easily create and scan new expenses.
Admins in your organization can customize, approve and manage expenses, as well as send reports.

Our API integration allows the secure exchange of your organization’s data from WALLET to billbox in real-time.

billbox WALLET enables you to:
- Scan physical receipts
- Receive digital receipts (expense.wallet@billbox.com)
- Automatically record expenses with the help of artificial intelligence (AI)
- Set-up, review and approve expenses
- Change settings through administration interface
- Directly import information to your billbox platform
