DESCRIBE THE JOB, GET AN INVOICE Type what you did in plain words — "two days art direction at 285,000 a day, plus a logo suite" — and Billify AI drafts the invoice: line items, quantities, units and prices, matched to the clients and products you already have. It tells you what it could not work out instead of guessing, so you stay in control of every figure. Send a client a price before you send them a bill. Pick Quote in the composer and the whole screen follows: a due date becomes a validity date, and the document goes out headed QUOTATION with its own numbering. Quotes keep their own tab, and they are never counted as money owed. When the client says yes, one tap turns the quote into a real invoice — new number, today's dates — and the quote stays exactly as you sent it, marked accepted. Fill a client from your contacts. Adding someone mid-invoice now brings you straight back with that client selected. You can pull their name, email and phone from your phone's contacts instead of typing them. Invoices without payment details. Cash, POS, or a client who already knows how to pay you — payment instructions are now optional, and the invoice says details will follow separately. Also in this version: account numbers accept digits only, Nigerian bank accounts are picked from a list with the account name confirmed by the bank, and sequential invoice numbering. ### 1.3.3 — 2026-08-28 Three fixes. Withdrawals now show the transfer fee before you confirm, and what will actually leave your wallet — plus one-tap "Withdraw max". The AI invoice draft no longer lets your phone's autocorrect rewrite client names or Pidgin before drafting — what you type is what it reads. And the draft asked for a missing client email twice; now it asks once. ### 1.3.0 — 2026-08-26 Write an invoice the way you'd text it. "Aisha 2 gowns 45k each" or "abeg invoice Musa for the tailoring, 80k" — jot it down however you say it, and Billify drafts the invoice. • Part payments. Tell it "he has paid 300k" and the invoice shows the full job, what's already been paid, and the balance due — instead of one figure that quietly means something else. • Ask for a breakdown, get one. Say "break it down" and the services are split out, with the parts always adding up to exactly the total you gave. • Your price is the price. A figure you type is never replaced by an older saved one, and when a price does come from your saved products, the draft says so. • Due dates you can actually see. The date your client will be given is shown up front and changed with a tap — no more guessing what went out. • Nothing gets ignored.
