## What is Billify Nigeria?

Billify — Smart Invoicing for Nigerian Businesses

Send an invoice that looks like you meant it. Billify is built for freelancers, studios and small businesses in Nigeria: describe the work, pick a template, and send a professional PDF in naira — from your phone.

DESCRIBE THE JOB, GET AN INVOICE
Type what you did in plain words — "two days art direction at 285,000 a day, plus a logo suite" — and Billify AI drafts the invoice: line items, quantities, units and prices, matched to the clients and products you already have. It tells you what it could not work out instead of guessing, so you stay in control of every figure.

ELEVEN TEMPLATES, NONE OF THEM GENERIC
Every template is a different document, not the same layout in a new colour. Statement leads with the amount due. Ledger is set in monospace with no colour at all, so it survives a black-and-white printer. Card puts everything a payer needs in one bordered block. Compact fits long itemised jobs on a single page. Your logo and your accent, rendered to pixel-perfect PDF every time.

BUILT FOR HOW NIGERIA BILLS
• Naira first, with VAT handled per line item
• Bank transfer details printed on the invoice
• Payment link and QR code when you want them
• Multiple businesses under one login

KNOW WHERE YOU STAND
See what you are owed, what has been paid and what is overdue at a glance, with a month-by-month view of the year. Filter every invoice by paid, unpaid or overdue in a tap.

CLIENTS AND PRODUCTS, SAVED
Keep client details and a product catalogue so repeat work takes seconds. Billify remembers the numbers so you do not have to retype them.

PLANS
Start free. Billify Pro unlocks the premium template set and a higher AI compose allowance. Subscriptions renew through your Apple ID and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store settings at any time.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

Sign in with Apple now uses Apple's own button.
Ask for a rating after your first invoice — one prompt, never repeated.
A clearer name and description on the App Store, so Nigerian businesses can find Billify.

### 1.4.2 — 2026-09-13

Set up your business with just a name — add the rest later

### 1.4.1 — 2026-09-10

Faster, and you can see it working.

• Ask AI to write an invoice and it now fills in as it goes — the client first, then each line as it lands — instead of a blank spinner.
• Asking for a change shows its progress too.
• Opening and sharing an invoice is much quicker, and repeat views are near-instant.

### 1.4.0 — 2026-08-29

Quotes.

Send a client a price before you send them a bill. Pick Quote in the composer and the whole screen follows: a due date becomes a validity date, and the document goes out headed QUOTATION with its own numbering. Quotes keep their own tab, and they are never counted as money owed.

When the client says yes, one tap turns the quote into a real invoice — new number, today's dates — and the quote stays exactly as you sent it, marked accepted.

Fill a client from your contacts.

Adding someone mid-invoice now brings you straight back with that client selected. You can pull their name, email and phone from your phone's contacts instead of typing them.

Invoices without payment details.

Cash, POS, or a client who already knows how to pay you — payment instructions are now optional, and the invoice says details will follow separately.

Also in this version: account numbers accept digits only, Nigerian bank accounts are picked from a list with the account name confirmed by the bank, and sequential invoice numbering.

### 1.3.3 — 2026-08-28

Three fixes.

Withdrawals now show the transfer fee before you confirm, and what will actually leave your wallet — plus one-tap "Withdraw max".

The AI invoice draft no longer lets your phone's autocorrect rewrite client names or Pidgin before drafting — what you type is what it reads.

And the draft asked for a missing client email twice; now it asks once.
