Get your billing needs organized and in one central place. No more multiple files and problems trying to revisit a past payment:

With Billin, your billing needs are catered for. As a business, you will have the ability to: 

1. Create Proforma invoices which can be converted to Invoices once approved.
2. Create Quotes with the capability to convert Quotes into Invoices once accepted by your client.
3. Create Invoices and sync with TIMS if in the Kenyan territory for VAT compliance invoices/receipts*.
4. Create Debit notes upon delivery of goods or services.
5. Create a database of your clients for easy billing and reconciliation.
6. Manage various tax obligations based on region, meaning you can add different tax rates as applies to your business and region.
7. Easily share your billing documents (quotes, invoices, debit notes, credit notes, proforma invoices and purchase orders) from the app as a PDF.
7. Create credit notes on already sent invoices.
8. Manage customer payments easily from the app, for straightforward book keeping and reconciliation.

Billin now supports iPad as well, meaning one subscription for all your devices.
