For checking this issue support team has asked OTP of admin account & added their own account as an admin in account, there is 0 privacy in the application, there is no option of removing that admin now from the application. Also for the reason for which access was taken is still unresolved even after multiple weeks, very bad user experience, now if you call customer support they will not even pick your phone or do callback as their team has no resolution to the complaints. Their employes are selling printers on very hight price those printer are available at. Very cheap prices on other platforms very cleverly they sells local printer first by saying that you can return it if you are not satisfied with the printer as the printer only connects with their app it is not useful for us now we are asking hin to return that printer so he says that i cant return it mainly executive "AASHISH" manipulating his cusstomers with a very sweet tongue also as i signed up for their software expecting a stable, user-friendly solution, but what I got was a buggy, poorly designed product that’s clearly not ready for prime time and also they use to ask you for time to customise that software according to your need but as soon as you pay them they stops response you. The interface is clunky and unintuitive, basic features are either broken or half-implemented, and updates often introduce more issues than they solve. What’s most disappointing is the lack of transparency. Promised features are delayed indefinitely, and there’s no clear communication from the company. Its been almost 8 months of my premium subscription and I even don’t know how my application looks like. I paid for it.
