The first and biggest issue it’s that the keyboard covers the text you are typing when you make an entry, so you are typing blind. The second issue is that the filters do not work when you are selecting entries for an invoice, so you have to go through an ever increasing list of entries. If they ever were to address those two issues this would be a five star app. ### 3/5 — …I wish *2022-05-25* I wish it was easier to read on my iPhone 13 pro max I wish it would allow me to change/delete entries. Mathematically: can't calculate fractions, eg, 2/3 hour would render 0.67 hour, which would affect the outcome of the charge in total. 2. Subdivision in categories is needed. As a graphic designer, this free app lets me log in my hours for my clients and create an invoice that is emailed right to them. Real easy to use. Great job on this app! ### 2/5 — Biller *2017-01-27* I love(d) this app until I realize you can't delete a client or project after creating the entry. You can't even modify a project name. I'm still giving it 2 stars because if you don't anticipate to make changes it's fantastic. I would like the report to have a total amount. Reports should have a selectable financial year. ### 2/5 — Needs allot of improvements *2016-08-26* No way to hide or not show paid invoices with out deleting all the information. No way to add so charge hours, sometimes I work on a project & I need the client to see I did it but I might not want to charge them but you can't do it south out adding a new client and then it's not on the same invoice. No way to add different fees for different projects only by clients. Some projects I charge less then others for the same client. Lots of modifications in Adobe pro once I create the invoice so it needs allot of improvements. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Isn’t sending emailing *2019-10-20* From what I see there to total or final bill at the bottom of any list. It doesn’t send emails The invoice doesn’t have enough information fields. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2018-08-08* App has no support or updates and is broken ### 1/5 — Not worth downloading at this time. *2016-11-14* No way to leave the app in any specific timeframe but "All"; required two emails on the same subject weeks apart to get a reply. Quick time add is finicky: pull down too far and it goes away. Not far enough and it goes away. No widget for my phone's lock screen or for my watch. This could be a great app if the author would put in the time to make it so. ### 1/5 — Hours lost repeatedly *2016-11-01* I log hours only to check the next day and they have disappeared. I've clocked in and gone to clock out and the first entry is missing. Also, no way to run reports by certain date ranges that I find. I deleted the app. I can not afford to lose hours that should be billed to clients. ### 1/5 — Hmmm *2015-10-24, version 1.25* App crashes every time I try to import info from Contacts. I would not download yet. ### 1/5 — Terrible fiddley tedious *2014-04-01, version 1.01* No autocomplete except user shortcuts. No back/next navigation in text fields; you have to select a text field, type fully with no spellcheck; click Done, which does not auto advance so you have to scroll to select the next field. No access to contacts so you have to switch back and forth between apps unless you have every field memorized. Bad rubber band action not only hides text fields at the bottom, but makes them difficult to select; e.g. The notes field in projects is nearly impossible to see let alone click on. Very diddly fiddley, tedious and too time consuming to use. You'd have to bill a new client a minimum of 15 minutes just to add them, and another 30 to enter multiple items and tasks as a contractor. Terrible, even for a first effort. ### 2/5 — Latest update *2024-04-27* I have been using this for years. Once you know it’s nuances it’s pretty decent. I create a new project, punch in... but it seems that if the phone goes to sleep, the time doesn't register. I come back to the app an hour or two later, and nothing's been saved. You can no longer double-tap on time to switch from 5 minute intervals to 1 minute intervals. Otherwise, this is one of the most frequently used apps on my phone. Does a great job invoicing and exporting my time sheets. I have been using for a couple years now. ### 5/5 — Easy and Professional *2021-02-07, version 1.26* Best Timesheet/Billing app that I’ve found. I use this daily at work to bill clients my time. It will allow for adjustments to time within minute increments by double tapping date wheel. I love the export function which exports a pdf and CSV file by email and it has invoicing, too. The only issue I have had is that on one client their name was repeated twice when o generated an invoice, that's before the latest update was published so that big may be fixed.
