This is the second worst program I have ever used. Evolv being the worst. The glitches are constant, not user friendly and redundant. **Developer response:** Hey Cherim1958! I have over 183 hours to make up (banked) and it will not let you work more than the allowance per week. It’s not very user friendly and if you forget to clock out the PCA agency said they can’t fix the hours that they just have to be reworked .. What in the entire hell is wrong these people simple fix .. lawsuit **Developer response:** Hey Thisgamesuxxallyour$! We’re bummed to hear that you do not find our app user-friendly and certainly welcome any additional feedback you have. Just to provide a bit of clarity around banked hours, this is an estimate of how many hours could remain at the end of the client’s service authorization period when looking at all schedules that have been created and worked for the client by those that provide care to them. The amount of hours allowed to work per week and the method used to correct incorrect times is determined by the agency. In regards to this, we recommend reaching out to the agency that you work for to further discuss. While we currently offer notifications to help remind users to clock out — these can be set up by going to “More” > “Settings” — please feel free to share any additional suggestions you have on what you would find helpful to remember to clock out! ### 1/5 — GPS location accuracy *2025-11-12* I’ve given a 1 star to be honest and upfront. The app works great other than a very important work related issue within the app, gps location has to be perfectly accurate and not moving on its own within the app. If gps shows the location of the device using the app, there is no reason the devices location jumps from inaccurate locations multiple times within 10 minutes. Yesterday a location of 1.3 miles away was showing when Wi-Fi was toggled, then when mobile data was toggled it jumps from 1.3 miles away to directly outside a clients apartment building. Everything else about the app is so far working great. Please address this issue as it is making it difficult to clock into work due to inaccurate location. It makes you manually change the schedule date instead of going to the next pay week once thee old time card has been submitted. I have to delete the app and re-download it each and every day just to clock in. Each time I try to access the app it starts to stop to open but doesn’t and keeps going back to my Home Screen. I have an iPhone 12 and this is thee ONLY app for have a consistent problem with each and every day!
