Every bill in one place, every due date on one calendar, and a straight answer to the question that actually matters: how much has to be paid before the next paycheck lands. Add a bill once — rent, electric, car insurance, a streaming subscription, a 4-payment installment plan — and Bill Organizer tracks every due date from then on. Swipe when you pay it. The reminder goes quiet, the next date is already on the calendar. WHAT IT DOES • Reminders that fire three days ahead, one day ahead, and the day it's due — and stop the moment you mark a bill paid • A month calendar with every upcoming due date, including every future date of repeating bills • The payday view: set your pay schedule and the home screen totals everything due before your next paycheck, overdue included • Repeats that match real bills: weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly, twice a month (1st & 15th, or 15th & last day), yearly, or one-time • Month-end dates handled correctly: a bill anchored on the 31st lands on Feb 28, then springs back to Mar 31 — it never drifts • Import your existing list from a CSV or spreadsheet in minutes; export it back out anytime • Search and notes on every bill, so the account number or confirmation detail is right where the bill is • Spending: tag a bill as a subscription, loan, utility or rent, and see what the repeating ones cost every month — and every year THE DATES ARE RIGHT. THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT. A bill app has one job: know when things are due and say so in time. Every date calculation in this app — biweekly cycles, month-end clamping, leap years, twice-a-month schedules — is covered by automated tests before every release. A bill due every two weeks from the 7th lands on the 21st. A Friday bill stays on Friday. It sounds basic. It is also the thing this app is built to get right. WHAT THE REPEATING ONES ACTUALLY COST A $15.99 subscription does not feel like $191.88, which is what it is. The Spending screen adds up everything that repeats — rent, insurance, the streaming charge you forgot about — and shows the monthly and yearly figure side by side, split by category. Weekly and every-two-week bills are averaged across the year rather than rounded to 52 or 26 payments, and anything without an amount is counted out loud instead of quietly treated as zero. NO BANK LOGIN. NO ACCOUNT. NO SUBSCRIPTION. Bill Organizer never asks for your bank credentials — you enter bills yourself, which takes about a minute each. Everything stays on your phone, moves to your next iPhone with your regular backup, and exports to a plain CSV file whenever you want. The App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected" because there is nothing to collect. Track the bills. Make payday math obvious. Stay out of your way. Tag a bill as a subscription, loan, utility, rent or insurance, and the new Spending screen totals what repeats — by month, by year, and by category. A $15.99 subscription reads as $191.88 a year, which is the number that changes minds. Weekly and every-two-week bills are averaged across the year instead of being rounded to 52 or 26 payments. Bills with no amount yet are counted and shown, never quietly treated as zero. Your CSV export now carries the category too, and files exported by earlier versions still import exactly as before. Also fixed: an amount typed with a minus sign is no longer accepted, and the free limit can no longer be stepped past in the moment before the App Store confirms a purchase. ### 1.3 — 2026-08-13 Look back at any month. Every payment you've marked has been recorded since day one — now there's a place to read it. History lists each month with what was paid and what was left unpaid, side by side. The calendar shows past months too, instead of going blank once a bill moves on. Bills can now say which account pays them, and the list can group by it. Also fixed: a slow App Store lookup could leave a paying customer locked out of a purchase they'd already made. ### 1.2 — 2026-08-10 Bills is now a native iPad app, laid out for every orientation instead of running in iPhone compatibility mode. Reminders are more reliable. A scheduling failure used to be discarded silently, which meant a due-date reminder could simply never arrive with nothing to show why. Failures are now caught and logged. New: Bills Unlimited, an optional one-time purchase. The free version tracks up to 20 bills. Every bill you already track stays visible, editable and payable - the limit only ever applies to adding new ones. Installed Bills before this update?
