I was a user for a long time. Due to private reasons I had to stop the subscription but when I started it up again, they were ok to take my money but IMPOSSIBLE to contact to ask why I cannot update the maps. You have to “login” but the message say that “you don’t have permission to log in” and the only way to get help is to “login” which I can’t because I don’t have permission. Who’s brain-fart of an idea is that? I can’t even ask to get my money back. So effectively all communication with them is blocked. Absolutely fantastic idea-NOT. Apparently it is FOR SALE.
