### 1/5 — Worst Bank Ever

The bank and the app are straight from the 1950s. The app freezes all of the time and with the latest update does not even log in. The bank ignores private messages, rejects transfers without explanation and generally couldn’t care less about customer service. 
It is an embarrassment to have Luxembourg’s name on this company.

Writing this review does not even work. I can’t see what I am writing. No transfer can be done during weekends. Secured messages that I send get lost. Calls that I made are not recorded or no history exist.. I am so disappointed!!

Since the last update, the app no longer works on my iPhone X. The app starts and shows the startup screen but pressing on “Access my contracts” doesn’t do anything.

This app does the job but it’s very outdated banking app. Clunky feel. The secure message concept is a redundant service which has zero value add and is frustrating to use. Why do you need to keep signing messages with LuxTrust and username / pass. Simple emails does wonders. 

Please take a look at other banking apps like revolut or any other UK banking apps as they are all so intuitive.

Why does a transfer to Belgium be delayed by a day before the app accepts the transfer ?

Don’t think it was tested on all smartphones. Hopefully this will be resolved soon as I used to use the app often but now that I upgraded my phone, I can’t log on.
