Instructions are not included until you sign your life away ### 1/5 — Tracking software *2026-10-12, version 5.49.1* This app was made to track you and they use the lack of instruction manuals to do it. Must be a Chinese company. ### 1/5 — A terrible replacement for the real thing *2026-10-05, version 5.49.1* Instead of having instructions in the box for my new garage door opener, I’m left with a single QR code on the cover of a very thick book of not instructions but warnings. The QR code downloads this poorly designed app. What a terrible experience. Why can’t we give no-stars? ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2026-10-04, version 5.49.1* I downloaded this via indication of mighty mule.com and it doesn’t even have the product I need instructions for. There’s about 6 products total for that brand… ### 1/5 — Horrible deisgn *2026-10-01, version 5.49.1* The design that comes with the product is so horrible that they they needed to develop an entire app just to explain the horrible design they put on the little packet that comes with the product ### 1/5 — out of date *2026-09-27, version 5.49.1* instructions are incorrect even though i am using the exact model number ### 1/5 — Not helpful *2026-08-10, version 5.49.1* The instructions are poorly done, like a bad employee performance management video. If you’re going to go to the trouble to use 3d also include the physics of the materials and assembly. The electrical wires should behave and appear real upon animating into their final position. The impossible assumptions lead to difficulty that requires extensive trouble shooting. The paper instructions end up being clearer and take less time to read. ### 1/5 — What a nightmare. *2026-08-04, version 5.49.1* The instructions do not cover key things like which direction you should mount the rail and when you try to zoom in the picture ends up spinning around. Only way to even try this is on a laptop or iPad. I would rather poke ice picks in my ears and eyes than use this app. A PDF would have been preferable. Seriously thinking of returning the garage door opener because of this app. Who did they pay for the positive reviews? ### 1/5 — Wrong instructions for product. *2026-07-28, version 5.49.0* I could not locate the correct instructions. Just a waste of time. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-07-24, version 5.49.0* Just print paper manuals. 2 fingers to move objects does not work. Put labels on your parts like EVERYONE else. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — The Best app *2026-10-24* It’s the best app ### 5/5 — Manuals *2026-10-21, version 5.49.1* What a great find! I have been looking for a manual to rebuild storage shelving, super easy instructions. Thumbs up ### 5/5 — Very convenient. *2026-10-20, version 5.49.1* I love it! Very convenient! ### 5/5 — Chamberlain, garage door opener *2026-10-20, version 5.49.1* Great, very thorough ### 5/5 — Bellarose *2026-10-19, version 5.49.1* Great to watch ### 5/5 — Doesn’t get any easier *2026-10-19, version 5.49.1* Amazing app. Saves the time On going on YouTube and hoping to find a Video on how To Install A+ ### 5/5 — Storage shed *2026-10-19, version 5.49.1* First ### 5/5 — Amazing App *2026-10-19, version 5.49.1* Easy to follow instructions and the ability to manipulate the 3D model was extremely useful throughout the entire process. ### 5/5 — A fan *2026-10-18, version 5.49.1* Took forever to download but was easy to understand, interactive and beats reading a manual. ### 5/5 — Garage door *2026-10-18, version 5.49.1* Great instructions.
