Initially, my experience was a nightmare. I nearly canceled my card due to the hours-long wait for a live representative, as I could only communicate with AI. I believe this is the direction all credit cards are heading. While AI isn't entirely bad, I still really dislike the overall experience. The card itself has been beneficial. However, some aspects are quite difficult to comprehend and navigate, and if you're looking for an immediate response, you won't receive it. I still rate it five stars because they may have improved the value you get for the money you spend, something I still find confusing. For instance, I have a $500 credit limit, but since I don't plan to use it, it will eventually expire. At some point, I will stop using this card, and all the points will expire instead of being applied towards my mortgage and payments. They will deduct the points. It's still worthwhile, and I still give it five stars, but be ready to feel frustrated with the representative who can't answer your questions and the long wait for assistance, which might not even be helpful, with no phone call option available.

This credit card claims that you can earn 1.25 points on your rent and mortgage payments, but they failed to tell you that you need to charge an equal amount on the card to earn the points for the mortgage or rent payments.  Definitely deceptive advertising..

Boca Vista has been a major support system for me and my son. They are family oriented. They are welcoming. From the front office to the maintenance team. The Maintenance team comes quickly as possible as well. I am truly grateful to live somewhere with such phenomenal, loving and caring group of people.
