It’s a fairly useless informational app. You can’t actually DO anything like make reservations or manage your pass holder account etc. It’s basic info you can’t actually get on the website or Google. ### 2/5 — Needs help *2025-10-24, version 2.5.6* Why would you have an app that doesn’t allow an annual pass holder to have their digital ticket linked? The app was very informative to include maps, and a daily activity list of all the events, hours of operation for all the places and also included a brief explanation for all the things. It beats carrying around a paper map or having to ask someone for help or directions. The app was perfect in that regard. Where it lacked was the inability to store my key or passes. However, I don’t think that is the intended purpose of the app. So in that respect, the app does exactly what it’s supposed to do in that it provided all the necessary information and maps to make my stay as stress-free as possible. It is definitely one of my favorite places. I have stayed at the Hotel and it was pure pleasure! Food delicious! Amenities best I’ve experienced! It is first class all the way!
