## What is BIM2XR?

The app enables you to create a digital twin (ifc) of your location.
You can display a 3d model stored in any of the following file formats:
3d, 3ds, ac, b3d, bvh, cob, dae, dxf, ifc, irr, md2, md5mesh, md5anim, m3sd, nff, obj, off, mesh.xml, ply, q3o, q3s, raw, smd, stl, wrl, xgl, zgl, fbx, md3.

The model can be passed with textures and event log file in zip format.

Emphasis in this app are on the IFC format which it validates and displays to any required scale.

Display is available in AR, AR/VR and VR mode.

Translates any of the supported input formats to USDZ, GLB, SCN and/or DAE.

Option to mail the project in USDZ and GLB format to a 3rd party, enabling them to view it in 3D and AR without having to install any apps.
The app's menus can be adapted and translated by the user, thus allowing the app to support almost any language.
Voice control has been added. Allowing you to position yourself in a room with some simple commands.
Provide the ability to build your own texture library to enable more realistic display of the BIM project.

Introduced vertical plane detection to align the model with the real world.
Enhanced texture control.
Introduced an option to filter an IFC file. (to reduce excessively large models).
Replaced fast forward and backward option in the eventlog display with a slider control.
Enabled model orientation correction on import.
